Artificial Intelligence is a mature multi-dimension tool. It creates huge opportunity to improve the way modern business is conducted. There are many ways to look at AI as tools. AI introduces "reasoning" into business logic in a new way. It also improves so many operational efficiencies mainly through always-on monitoring of events and automatic execution of business logic based on appropriate situation. AI also introduces new way to make use of "experience" by its ability to learn from the past data. For all its advantage, there are hidden danger and risk involved in using AI as well. We will discuss the pros and cons of using AI and look at near term future of its use.
