PARALLELFRAPPE: A PARALLEL VERSION OF ADMIXTURE CALCULATION

ParallelFrappe is software for analysis of individual admixture for Individual Identification by genetic data. The ParallelFrappe is a parallel version of Frappe program. This version can achieve speed up of the calculation with multicore processors. The program was implemented in a 64-bit platform to improve the performance on large dataset. The algorithm for the parallel machine was adapted to match with the multiprocessor architecture. The program also has a milestone feature that it can re-execute from the previous stop point which is very important for a long running job.
