(I have added 3 more days in compensation for the time spend in the departmental activity 14-16 March). I will not accept any late submission.  In the impossible case that you may late, please contact me before the dead line.

You must submit your answer in paper.  If there are additional materials (such as papers, programs) they are allowed to be submitted by email.  However, your answer must be handed-in in paper.  (this is important as the exam. paper is a type of legal document).

Declaration

The examination is an individual responsibility.  You must do it entirely by yourself.  You must not discuss your work with anybody nor reveal your work to other partner.  Violation of these regulation results in the same category as "cheating" in the regular examination and will be penalised by the same rule.  (failing the subject and 2 semesters prohibition).

Hint for doing the take-home exam.

Plan your time wisely.  Take-home exam. is time limited.  It usually takes longer than you expect to write good answer to open question.  It takes time to search for additional reading materials.  It also takes time to write well.  All questions have equal score so spread your time and effort uniformly.  Finally, polish your answer before the submission.   Good writing is always rewarded!

(You must expect 7 days to be full 7 days of work!  Yes, this is the take-home exam).

Good luck and start writing!
