Write a program on IoT board to function as a frequency meter (measure frequency of an analog input).  Port 10 is a sine wave input.  To calculate the frequency, you mark the interval between two "zero crossing" of the input wave.  The time (in ticks) between these two marks can be used to calculate the frequency of the input wave.
