Now for the description
Kenroguen Garden
I went to the Koryakuen Garden in Kanazawa. It was a very big garden near a big japanese castle (but i didn't have time to go inside the castle). I took lots of pictures :) of local shops and the sakura garden, with lovely waterway. I actually came here twice.

Ninja Temple and Samurai District
I went to Ninja temple :) . There are lots of secret rooms and trap doors. I like where they can see shadows from intruders under the stairs and where they have rooms in the wall. Just like in cartoon and films. But we can't take picture inside.

I also went to Samurai district . Not really as impressive as ninja house but  quite good as an area to take photo. Old houses are in cluster so it looks like we're walking back in time. I entered one house (paid, of course..) and had a good look at all the rooms and japanese garden.

Onsen in the town of Unatsugi

I went to Onsen at Unatsugi Onsen Station-..many hours of travel. Staying at a hotel which has Onsen inside :) . I took to bath immediately. (Yes, I wear Yugata, the traditional clothes). The problem was...there was a japanese man already in there, and he was completely naked...although the fog from Onsen helped to
obscure vision....I didn't go into the room until he went into the water. We had to take an open shower side-by-side other men before we can go inside the
pool... I tried my best to hide ...my thing :P (luckily at first because there is only 1 jap man and aj. Attasit there, and aj. Attasit already gone to the far
end of the room) but more jap men came in :P So I finished quickly and jumped
into water.

It was as hot as hell...

I almost became a boiled man....I had to come up (in a hurry) again and then slowly lowered myself in. There were 3 pools, 1 indoor (the hot one :P), 2 outdoor (with one being a stone pool, surrounded by sakura). It was raining very hard and the weather was very cold outside, but I decided to try the stone pool. It turned out to be great. The atmospherre was superb and the cold weather actually made the water not too hot. I swam in the pool for a while before finishing the bath. I used the Onsen again after dinner but there were too many people, all naked -_-.....

The dinner and breakfast the following morning were very japanese , with many small dishes filling the whole table. Sashimi, soup, squid, meat....very good. Meal was served in a Japanese room (Tatami mat floor ..etc) and the waitresses (all were quite old .. :P ) were very friendly.

Tateyama Mountain
I went up Kurobe Gorge, in Tateyama. I took a cable car up to 2000 meter. Then took a bus to the road on the mountain (3000 meter) where the snow on the
roadside is 3-bus height. Yes, it look like we are in the mountain road, but infact they are all snow. Very very amazing :D but also very cold..and full of
ice vapour. I only had my jumper and the white jacket I used at our department. They let us walked around this icepath. It was so cold .... my hand froze, but
still managed to get some pictures. When I got back indoor, I had to use my towel to dry my totally wet hair.... We stood and ate ramen at a ramen restaurant..where you can only stand...but the ramen was great..so warmmm :)

Then we took a bus through the mountain and finally rode a gondola and look at the snowy mountains...great..but it was beginning to rain hard and I couldn't
see anything much at this stage. .. There was a boatride to another town through the mountain river, but we decided to go back.. (too expensive and take too
long)

Kyoto
Here aj.Uam's student (her name is Chad) took us on a tour of Himeji castle and Osaka. I loved the Osaka aquariam. It has so many things... giant crab as big as a man, whale shark, seals (but one of it poo in water :P), dolphins, Pirarucu (world's largest fresh water fish).  The tank was many storey high.
